Saydi Hidalgo
Communication and Training Coordinator
My name is Saydi Hidalgo, and I have proudly served as HUNE’s Communication and Training Coordinator since 2015. In this role, I work to strengthen connections, develop training opportunities, videos, and the website to ensure that families have access to the information and resources they need.
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Communicative Disorders and Deaf Education, along with technical certifications that enhance my ability to support and serve our community.
Outside of work, I am a proud pet mom to two fluffy dogs and a green-cheek conure. I also enjoy art, gaming, and dancing whenever I get the chance.
My commitment to this work is deeply personal. Growing up alongside my brother, who has disabilities, inspired my passion for supporting individuals with disabilities and their families. This experience drives my dedication to creating opportunities, removing barriers, and promoting inclusion.
Being part of HUNE allows me to combine my professional expertise with my personal experiences to make a meaningful impact in our community. It is a privilege to contribute each day to an organization that empowers and supports families.
