The Hispanic Outreach Program (HoP) provides workshops
 and information to Hispanic families of children and youth 
with disabilities, youth with disabilities and/or
 professionals who work with them. The workshops and 
information empower them in a culturally and linguistically
appropriate manner on the special education process, 
IEP, other educational related topics and the power of 
collaboration between the community, schools,
 families, and youth.
