Youth Program

The Youth Program is a community based inclusion after-school and summer program that provides social, emotional, and academic support to eligible youth 14-21 years of age.

FAMILIES TO THE MAX Pennsylvania Statewide Family Network (Previously Project MAX) provides continuous support and  encourages leadership in families, in order to amplify access of all students, as well as those with  diverse needs, to the general education curriculum and the PA Core Standards.

The Spanish Help-line Plus will provide Spanish culturally appropriate information as per Help-line’s existing infrastructure, plus provide families with information and resources on a variety of topics, depending on family’s needs.

The Early Intervention Program provides academic instruction and speech and language services to eligible children 3-5 years of age.

Training and Parent/Youth Advising Program 

The Training Program provides training and workshops on the educational rights of children and youth with disabilities and their parent's responsibilities.   Please click here for a calendar of events.

The Parent Advising program provides individualized assistance,  information and resources to assist  parents  of toddlers, children, and youth (0-26 years of age) with disabilities on how to navigate the public school system.
